Where are you located?

We have two facilities, both are a short drive to Scott's Creek and Stoney Cove Ramps. The addresses are 955 KY 801 and 2030 Cave Run Lake Rd.

How long are the leases?

Leases are a minimum of 1 year. We have payment options of monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually, but the minimum commitment is 1 year.

Will my boat fit?

Each bay is designed to fit the needs of most boaters, but please check measurements before you purchase.

Is my boat safe?

Yes! You provide your own lock and we do not have access inside your unit while you lease it. In addition, the owner is just up the road and drives by the facility to and from work on a regular basis.

When can I access my boat?

Anytime you want! The facility is open to you 24/7.

Is there electric and water available?

There is electric in every bay and water is available on site for rinsing out your boat.
